Training is guaranteed.  That means I will do whatever I need to do to make sure you understand the material.

After class, I will support your efforts by providing ongoing support.  There is no time limit and no charge for email support.  I will not do your work for you for free, but I will support your efforts.  It may become necessary to schedule another level class or a private session for further education. 

The features listed in all class level descriptions are "mix-and-matchable".  If you know the areas where you need to focus, any class can be customized to best meet your needs.  I will watch the way you work and make suggestions for shortcuts and other supporting features.
